Welcome

This site is to inform you about the location, time, and service particulars of the Christian Science Society in Framlingham, Suffolk

Services are held at 11 o’clock on Sundays, and at 7:30 pm on the first and third Wednesdays of the month when we hold a Testimony Meeting.

Currently we meet in the town Library which is in the Old Court House, Bridge Street – leading up to the square. This is seen as a temporary move whilst we seek out premises suited to our needs in the town.

The Sunday service lasts for an hour, and features three hymns, some readings from the Bible, and some reading from the book Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures, written by Mary Baker Eddy. There is time for quiet prayer and peace.

The Wednesday meeting is even more informal and features some readings and then some sharing of how Christian Science helps us in our everyday lives.

For up to date information about where we are meeting, please call us on: 07 899 639893

Our current correspondence address is:

The Clerk, Christian Science Society, Framlingham                              16 Gorse Lane, Reydon, SOUTHWOLD, IP18 6NG

All are welcome, whether you are a long time student of Christian Science, or would like to just to come and listen. Our services are very simple, and require no participation – but we’d be very happy if you sing with us!

Christian Science is the name given to this Christian religion which demonstrates that Jesus’ teachings and healing are as available today as 2000 years ago. We believe in a God of Love, the teachings of Jesus, and the spiritual nature of all reality. Our God is Father-Mother to us all.
